Broderick Thomas, All-American linebacker at Nebraska and No. 1 draft choice of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, has been arrested four times on misdemeanor charges since 1986 in Lincoln, Neb., the Tampa Tribune reported.
The Tribune also reported that there is a warrant out for Thomas’ arrest in Lincoln. The warrant, issued April 21, alleges that a $72 check Thomas gave to a liquor store last November was not good. According to police records, Thomas used the alias Broderick Singletary during his four arrests. Singletary is his mother’s maiden name.
