Anaheim : Employees Quench Grease Fire at Hotel
A fire broke out in the kitchen at the Inn at the Park hotel early Friday but it was quickly contained, no one was injured and damage was limited to the kitchen.
Eight fire companies went to the hotel near Disneyland at 1855 S. Harbor Blvd., but the grease fire, which began at 4:32 a.m., had already been extinguished by employees, Anaheim fire officials said. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
Damage was estimated at $4,500: $1,000 in structural damage and $3,500 in damage to contents in the kitchen.
