Cambodia’s government and three resistance groups settled a disagreement over who will represent them at this weekend’s 20-nation peace conference in Paris, the French Foreign Ministry said. Under the compromise, representatives of Cambodian Premier Hun Sen and each of the three resistance factions will be seated behind the name Cambodia. Talks among the four parties broke down earlier this week. Secretary of State James A. Baker III and Soviet Foreign Minister Eduard A. Shevardnadze are among those who will attend the weekend talks, which will seek to devise a peace program.
