Digital Research Inc., a Monterey-based software company, has named three new corporate officers. Dieter Giesbrecht was appointed senior vice president for Europe and general purpose operating systems. Steve Tucker has been named vice president and general manager for general operating systems. Joseph Taglia has been named vice president and general manager for the integrated systems business unit. Giesbrecht and Tucker are based in Newbury, England. Taglia works in Monterey.
