Commercial Scene : Mission Barmarkian Buys Technology Complex
Mission Barmarkian Development, Oceanside, has paid $2,434,440 for 11.86 acres in the Rancho Del Oro Technology Park in Oceanside. The firm plans to build seven industrial buildings ranging in size from 12,000 to 45,700 square feet on the site beginning in October.
Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer and Coldwell Banker represented the seller, American National Funding Corp. Grubb & Ellis will be the exclusive leasing agent of Mission Barmarkian’s $12-million, 168,000-square-foot project.
