Cyril H. Silva has been named vice president, operations administrator, for Landmark Bank, La Habra. In his new position, Silva will be responsible for the analysis of operational banking regulations and requirements, data processing, and the bank’s operations and computer systems. Previously, he was senior vice president and cashier for Columbia National Bank in Santa Monica.
