Such Touchstone Pictures as “Good Morning, Vietnam,” “Three Men and a Baby,” “Dead Poets Society” and “Beaches” will be showing up on the USA cable network under an agreement that marks the first time a basic cable network has aced out the syndication market on a major motion-picture package. Under the agreement announced Tuesday, USA will broadcast 26 major theatrical releases starting next May. The package also covers upcoming releases.
