Los Angeles is the site for much of tonight’s “48 Hours” broadcast (8-9 p.m. on CBS). The segment is titled “Lonely Street” and will cover video dating, emotional and physical effects of loneliness, the role pets play in helping the lonely, plus some folks who are happy to be single and alone.
