HOUSING: September home sales took a 23.1% dip countywide (D5) but jumped 60% in Tustin, where condos are hot. . . . In Yorba Linda, where sales were up 31.2%, Realtors credited new construction and brisk sales in the lower-priced east end of the city. Said Realtor Pat Mueller: “They’re selling like hot cakes.”
