Santa Clara 45, Agoura 35--Quarterback Tim Gutierrez completed 16 of 24 passes for 348 yards and two touchdowns to lead Santa Clara (5-2, 2-0) at Agoura. Gutierrez’s performance moved him into seventh place in career passing yardage in the Southern Section with 5,906 yards.

Santa Clara’s Kwinn Knight returned a punt 55 yards for a touchdown in the first quarter and, after Agoura scored on its next play, Knight returned the kickoff 89 yards for another touchdown.

Dave Caramanis gained 171 yards in 11 carries and scored two touchdowns to pace Agoura (5-2, 1-1). Agoura quarterback Josh Smaler completed 16 of 24 for 242 yards, including a 54-yard scoring pass to Chase Ludwig.
