Monrovia Allows Its New Chief to Reorganize Police
MONROVIA — The City Council has unanimously approved recommendations by Police Chief Joseph Santoro to reorganize the Police Department, which he described as “structurally imbalanced.”

Santoro, who joined the department in October, suggested shifting the investigations bureau from the operations to the support services division and making the head of support services a captain.
