Hills Bros. Resumes Salvadoran Deals: Hills Bros. Coffee Inc. announced that it plans to resume buying coffee grown in El Salvador, a month after the company had suspended such purchases. The announcement by Hills Bros. was swiftly denounced by organizers of a consumer boycott of Salvadoran coffee. Neighbor-to-Neighbor, a private group, staged a rally outside the company’s San Francisco headquarters and ceremoniously dumped two dozen cans of coffee on its doorstep.
