A judge in San Antonio issued an arrest warrant today for former NBA star George Gervin, who allegedly violated terms of his probation on a drunken driving conviction by leaving the country to play basketball in Spain. County Court-at-Law Judge Anthony Ferro also filed a motion to revoke the probation of the former San Antonio Spurs star and four-time NBA scoring champion. Gervin on Oct. 3 was convicted of driving while intoxicated and sentenced to a year’s probation.
