BSD Bancorp: The San Diego-based parent of Bank of San Diego reported a fourth-quarter profit of $1.4 million, up from a $1.2-million profit for the same three-month period the previous year. For all of fiscal 1989, the company’s profit totaled $3.96 million, up from $2.7 million in 1988. Assets as of Dec. 31 were $425 million, up from $355 million the previous year. Total loans were $316 million, up from $266 million.
