Beverly Hills : Candidates File for Election
City Councilman Robert K. Tanenbaum filed to run for reelection in the April 10 election, City Clerk Jean Ishijima said.
Fellow incumbent Max Salter, who is serving as mayor, also has filed his papers to place his name on the ballot.
The filing deadline is Feb. 1. If only incumbents have filed by that time, the election will be canceled, Ishijima said.
Dr. Tricia Roth, a pediatrician known for her campaign against alcohol use in the city, also took out papers but did not return them as of Wednesday afternoon.
