Raiders
In preparation for the departure of the Raiders and pirate captain Al Davis, I suggest that the city advertise for immediate bids by interested parties for the privilege of locating sports franchises in Los Angeles. The proposals should include a description of all compensation that will be paid to the city, including money and other inducements. The latter might include a new stadium, discounted tickets for citizens of the city and a lavish farewell party for the dear departed Raiders.
