Live Entertainment Eyes Vestron: Live Entertainment Inc., the acquisition-minded video and entertainment company, said it is in talks to buy Vestron Inc., the troubled home video concern. Los Angeles-based Live Entertainment said it has entered discussions with Vestron management about buying either all the securities or all the assets of Vestron in exchange for Live Entertainment stock.
