Gas Prices Edge Down: Motorists are paying a half-cent less for gasoline than they were two weeks ago, said industry analyst Trilby Lundberg. The average price of all grades of gasoline at retail stations fell 0.52 cents per gallon between Feb. 9 and Feb. 23, to $1.1221 per gallon, according to Lundberg. The decrease followed a decline of 0.60 cents per gallon recorded during the previous two-week reporting period.
