Two more bond issues will be on the June ballot as a result of legislation signed by Gov. George Deukmejian. Proposition 120, a bill introduced by Sen. Robert Presley (D-Riverside) would authorize the state to sell $450 million in bonds for prison construction. The other, Proposition 121, a bill introduced by Sen.
