Set to Go Shooting for 4th Win of Year

Howard Bassman’s Set to Go will be gunning for her fourth win of the year when she takes on the Gusty Stable’s Doodlin and four others in the $10,000 Invitational Pace feature tonight at Los Alamitos.

Set to Go has been victorious in three of her last four outings while handling Doodlin defeats in two instances. Ebony Glo and Gee Gee Gem are expected to battle it out for the show money.

The field, in post position order: Joliette, Gene Vallandingham in the race bike; Capture the Spirit, Robert Sleeth; Gee Gee Gem, Ross Croghan; Ebony Glo, Jim Butler; Doodlin, Rick Kuebler, and Set To Go, Jim Morand.

First post time tonight will be 7:30 with early bird wagering being conducted from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.
