Ailing Waterford Finds Minority Partner: Waterford Wedgwood Group PLC said a New York investment bank and an Irish company would acquire a minority stake under a plan to raise more than $150 million for the ailing Anglo-Irish crystal and china maker. The 50-50 partnership formed by the Irish industrial company Fitzwilton and Morgan Stanley & Co. would take a maximum 29.9% stake in Waterford, which in turn would raise 102 million Irish pounds, or $158 million, in cash.
