Man Killed While Pushing Car Off I-15
A 22-year-old Riverside County man was killed early Saturday morning as he tried to push his disabled car off Interstate 15 near Carroll Canyon Road in San Diego.
The man was pushing the car across the northbound lanes of the freeway when a small pickup truck struck him.
The victim’s identity is being withheld until his family is notified. A passenger in the disabled car, 18-year-old Camille Schneider of Escondido, and the two occupants of the pickup were uninjured.
