First Phase in Upland
The first phase of the 97-home Pennhill Collection opens this weekend in Upland with 28 four- and five-bedroom single-family houses.
Built by the Pennhill Co., the houses come in four floor plans with 1,959 to 2,605 square feet and are priced from $269,900 to $335,900. Features include optional dens, family rooms with wet bars and fireplaces and three-car garages.
Kitchens come with Dacor cooktops and high-end General Electric Monogram appliances, high ceilings and special window designs. Lots average more than 8,000 square feet and first-phase move-ins are scheduled to begin in early summer.
Four models are open from 10 a.m. to dusk at 1610 Cabarita Court, near 19th Street, reached from the northbound Euclid Avenue exit of the San Bernardino (10) Freeway.
Moreno Valley Homes
Marlborough Pointe opens today in the southern part of the Riverside County community of Moreno Valley with 36 four- and five-bedroom single-family houses priced from $182,990 to $209,990.
The tract by Century City-based Marlborough Development Corp. will eventually have a total of 209 houses in a setting of parks, open spaces and a lake. The community association fee averages $35 per month.
The houses have three bathrooms and are offered in four plans ranging from 2,150 to 2,637 square feet. June move-ins are scheduled.
Four furnished models are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at 15545 Ocana Lane, reached from the southbound Perris Boulevard exit of the Pomona (60) Freeway.
