Ram kicker Mike Lansford, the franchise’s all-time leading scorer with 702 points, said he is seriously considering offers from the San Diego Chargers and Phoenix Cardinals.

The Rams left Lansford, 31, unprotected as a Plan B free agent Feb. 1, figuring his strong ties to the area--he grew up in Arcadia--would keep him in Anaheim.

Lansford, however, said that the offers are tempting, since they would increase his yearly salary by at least $100,000, and that he will probably make his decision this week.

He signed a two-year contract with the Rams last season and is due to earn $310,000 in 1990.
