Times to Honor Prep All-Stars
The 1990 Times All-San Gabriel Valley boys and girls basketball teams will be announced in next Thursday’s edition of the San Gabriel Valley section.
The two 10-player squads were selected by sportswriters based on a poll of coaches and discussions with scouts. Players will be honored with a breakfast and awards ceremony at 9 a.m. April 1 at the Anaheim Hilton, 777 Convention Way.
All-stars from 12 Times circulation areas will be honored at the ceremony. A boys and girls player and coach of the year from each circulation area will also be announced.
