Phone Firms in Czechoslovakian Venture: Czechoslovakia has accepted a bid by Bell Atlantic and US West to create a joint venture company that would help modernize the nation’s telecommunications system. The new company would assist the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications to build and operate a cellular mobile network and join in developing a program of modernization.
