BUSH BREAKFAST: During his 18-hour visit to Orange County next week for the Nixon library, the President will host a fund-raising GOP breakfast Thursday at the Anaheim Hilton and Towers, where he’ll be staying. . . . The money will go to the state party and Sen. Pete Wilson will co-host. Breakfast will be restricted to 100 couples at $3,500 per couple--a little steep, but that tab includes a ride to the library.
