Henry Hancock Weds Emily Williamson
All Saints Episcopal Church in Pasadena was the setting for the nuptials of Emily Webb Williamson and Henry Lea Hancock. A reception followed in the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Norman Bruce Williamson of San Marino.
The bride, a graduate of Thacher School and USC, is affiliated with Kappa Kappa Gamma and the Spinsters of Los Angeles. Her father, an investment counsel with Pacific Financial Research in Beverly Hills, is a great-grandson of Gen. Harrison Gray Otis, founder of Times Mirror Co., the parent company of the Los Angeles Times.
The bridegroom, whose parents are Mr. and Mrs. William P. W. Hancock of South Londonderry, Vt., is a food service consultant; he studied at Salisbury School and the University of Vermont. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward Biddle Clay and Mr. and Mrs. F. Woodson Hancock.
The bride’s attendants included Mrs. David Jackson, matron of honor; Miss Janet Carroll, maid of honor; Mrs. David Miller, Mrs. Frederick W. Williamson, and Ashley Webb Andrew, Ruth Jameson, Mary Ballentine, Wendy Woleban and Melissa Winston, bridesmaids. Lily and Katie Hancock were flower girls and Dr. David Miller served as best man.
