Another Hit for Madonna: HBO’s one-time-only presentation of Madonna’s “Blond Ambition” concert from Nice, France, last Sunday drew higher ratings in HBO homes than all four networks, HBO officials announced Tuesday. The concert received a 21.5 rating and a 31 share against ABC’s “Twin Peaks,” CBS’s “Leap of Faith,” Fox’s “Married . . . With Children,” “In Living Color” and “Booker,” and NBC’s “Parker Kane.” The presentation became the highest-rated original show--excluding sports--in HBO history.
