Czechoslovak Chemical Blast Kills 1, Hurts 12

PRAGUE, Czechoslovakia — An explosion and fire at a chemical plant killed one person and seriously burned 12 others, a newspaper reported Tuesday.
The explosion and fire Monday at the plant in Zilina, about 100 miles northeast of Bratislava, caused no significant leakage of toxic gas, the daily Prace reported.
