GALLERIES : Beads From Abroad
WHEN TZERL SELTZER opened her ethnic-bead gallery and boutique specializing in African, Middle Eastern and Asian articles, she filled it with ostrich-eggshell and snake-vertebrae beads, amber, Austrian crystal and African trading beads. Soon customers were clamoring to learn how to create their own such objets d’art, and a class was born.
