PAGE G: The 1991 Thomas Guide to Orange County, due out in October, will contain a full page on the new terminal among the usual street maps. . . . Look on Page G in the front of the book, just after the map of downtown Santa Ana. . . . The book’s publisher is not daunted by the airport’s frequent construction delays. “We’re showing everything as complete,” says marketing director Terri Hayes. “Solid lines, not ‘as proposed.’ ” . . . The guide has at least the tacit approval of airport authorities; they plan to use it in their own publications starting in a few weeks.
