PARK’N PAY: All-day parking rates at John Wayne Airport will climb from $12 to $14 if the county supervisors approve a county staff proposal Tuesday. The price would drop to $7 on the third day and the $1 hourly rate would remain the same. . . . The new prices are scheduled to go into effect on Sept. 16, when the Thomas F.
