HENRY ELLARD It started out like a record-breaking day: An 11-yard diving catch in front of Ben Smith, next a 15-yard reception between Jessie Small and Eric Allen, then, isolated on a linebacker, a 50-yard scoring pass play. Three Jim Everett passes, three Henry Ellard catches for 76 yards and a touchdown. A fierce Philadelphia pass rush followed, ending the Ram loss. Still, Ellard finished with seven receptions for 145 yards, bringing his three-game totals to 17 catches for 313 yards and two touchdowns.
