Walter E. Junger has been promoted to director of restaurants for the Westin South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa. Junger joined the hotel in 1989 after serving as director of banquet services for the Hay Adams Hotel in Washington and holding various food and beverage positions with hotels and resorts in the United States, Bermuda, France and Austria.
