CAMARILLO : Subdivision OKd for Mission Gelles Tract
Owners of the Mission Gelles I property moved a step closer to the commercial development of a 51.4-acre parcel north of the Camarillo Airport and west of Las Posas Road after the Camarillo City Council last week approved subdivision of the land into 15 lots.
As part of the city’s development plan known as Airport North, the property may be improved with a hotel, gas station, restaurants, offices and industrial buildings.
To handle the increased traffic from the development, Ventura Boulevard will be realigned south.
