Games People Play: A contest on KEZY-FM in which listeners guess whether the owner of a convenience store is American- or foreign-born has some members of Orange County’s Human Relations Commission charging racism, but station officials said Tuesday they have no plans to take the contest off the air. Morning drive-time deejay Chris Little began playing “Foreign or Domestic” last month and calls it “a benign little game that’s designed to be entertaining.”
