New Sights for Trekkies: Television’s “Star Trek: The Next Generation” is heading for yet another galaxy--that of the lucrative world of home video. The series is the first to go to home video while still in production. The Columbia House Video Club offers episodes in its mail-order catalogue along with shows long out of production like the seminal situation comedy “The Honeymooners,” cult soap opera “Dark Shadows” and the original “Star Trek” series.
