Hart 56, San Gabriel 0--Hart bounced back at San Gabriel after last week’s upset loss to Schurr, which cost it the Foothill League title.
Hart, which led, 42-0, at halftime, improved to 6-3 overall and 2-1 in league play. San Gabriel dropped to 0-9 and 0-3.
Muir 48, Hoover 7--Muir quarterback Sedrick Thomas broke his own school record by passing for 402 yards as the Mustangs routed Hoover in a Pacific League game at Glendale High.
Thomas held the record with 369 yards.
Muir (6-3, 3-1) struck quickly against Hoover (2-6, 0-4) and never let up.
Thomas opened the game by completing 13 consecutive passes. When the streak finally ended, Muir was leading, 28-0, at halftime.
