Royal 23, Simi Valley 0--Ryan Fien completed 15 of 25 passes for 172 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Highlanders at Moorpark College.
Royal (7-1-1, 4-1-1) held Simi Valley (0-9, 0-6) to 86 yards and three first downs.
The Pioneers’ deepest penetration was to the Highlander 42-yard line.
Robbie Smith led Royal’s ground attack with 53 yards and one touchdown in 12 carries. Jeff Creed caught four passes for 66 yards and one touchdown and Carlos Gonzales added three catches for 35 yards and one touchdown.
