PARAMOUNT: Park Place, a 64-unit townhome development by Terry/Nikols-Paramount, opens this weekend at 15361 Hunsaker Ave.
Each of the 30 homes in the first phase of the project have two or three bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths and 932 to 1,136 square feet of living space. Prices range from $138,990 to $154,990.
