A Vanilli Bill: In the wake of disclosures that the dance-pop duo Milli Vanilli did not sing on their Grammy-winning album or at live performances, Assemblyman Robert Epple (D-Norwalk) plans to introduce a bill to require advertisements for all musical performances to disclose the use of prerecorded music. “Milli Vanilli has perpetrated a massive fraud on the listening public,” Epple said in a statement released by his office.
