PEACE ON EARTH: The Seal Beach Naval Weapons Station, ammunition supplier for the Pacific Fleet vessels in the Persian Gulf, has its holiday decoration up--a huge Christmas tree of blue lights with the one-word message “Peace.” . . . “We first used it last year, but it’s got a particular significance and poignancy this year,” says a spokesman. “We wear uniforms, but we’re human. We don’t want war.”
