Investor Trims Stake in Studio Equipment Firm
A Los Angeles investor, Yale Farrar, cut his stake in Matthews Studio Equipment Group to 4.8%, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Farrar now owns 385,000 common shares of Matthews, which provides production equipment to motion picture and television studios, the filing said. The filing did not indicate the size of Farrar’s previous holdings.
