NBC Division in Venture With Japanese: The international arm of National Broadcasting Co. said it has formed a joint venture with two Japanese companies that will distribute NBC programs in the Far East and produce shows in Japan. NBC said the deal will improve its ability to distribute NBC-produced programs in Asia and to explore potential media investments in Japan.
