Bradley’s Plan to Improve Traffic
It is difficult to understand why the tow-truck patrol proposed by Mayor Bradley (Metro, Nov. 30) will provide free service.
If the drivers had to call a commercial service, they would be charged. Why couldn’t the proposed government service be provided at say, half-price? The voters didn’t approve Proposition C to have the money wasted.
