Woodland Hills Man Struck, Killed by Car
A Woodland Hills man was killed by a car while trying to cross Ventura Boulevard in Tarzana, Los Angeles police reported.
Luis Talaura, 45, was struck about 5 p.m. Monday near Melvin Avenue by a car driven by Robert Harvey, 80, also of Woodland Hills, Officer Leona Thomas said. Talaura was not in a crosswalk and Harvey was not cited, she said.
