Wright Chair Stolen: A house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in Buffalo, N.Y., has been closed to the public temporarily following the theft of a Wright-designed oak chair valued at up to $70,000. A new security system will be installed at the Darwin Martin House, said Bruno Freschi, of the State University of New York at Buffalo. A tour guide said the thief could have hidden in the house Saturday and then waited until a security guard and caretaker left before taking the 40-pound chair.
