Canyon 64, Villa Park 54--Four players scored in double figures for visiting Canyon, led by Kevin Wilborn with 16 points. Charles Sanders had 12 for Canyon and Abdi Barkordar and Brian Oliver each had 11. Villa Park (4-9, 0-1) was led by David Mansolino with 16 and Matt Gibson with 15.
