Two Mines Spotted in Gulf

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates — Ships were warned about two more mines reported in the Persian Gulf on Sunday, less than 36 hours after the U.S. Navy said merchant vessels entered the waterway at their own risk due to mine and war threats.
